The Macedonian women's national team under 19 celebrated a narrow 1:0 victory against the Lithuanian national team in the first match of the B League qualifying tournament (second round) for placement in the A League of the European Championship qualifiers.
At the Lucko Stadium in Croatia, coach Astrit Merko's team recorded a very significant victory in the fight for the highest possible ranking in Group B5.
The winning goal was scored in the 92nd minute of the match. The opponent scored an own goal through Sapai, which was enough for a minimal victory for Macedonia.
