Macedonia U21 has completed its last training session before tomorrow's match with Kosovo. Mihail Talevski: This national team has a winning mentality | FFM

The Macedonian U21 national team held its final training session today at the "Petar Miloševski" training center in Skopje before tomorrow's friendly match with the corresponding selection of Kosovo.

The national team led by coach Goran Stanić will play the first of two friendly matches against Kosovo tomorrow at the Fadil Vokri Stadium in Pristina, starting at 7 p.m.

Vardar striker and member of the Macedonian U-21 national team, Mihail Talevski, gave his opinion and comments ahead of the match with Kosovo.

We have excellent preparations, we are making the most of this short time we have until the start of the qualifying cycle in September.

– As part of these June preparations, we have two friendly matches against Kosovo, a quality team. We want to win both matches, that is our goal. I hope we will show all our potential and quality.

– It is undeniable that this group of players has quality, but what most adorns this generation is their compactness, the desire to prove themselves and the winning mentality.

– We have a difficult group in the qualifiers, consisting of strong national teams like Italy, Sweden, Poland, but that should not be an obstacle, on the contrary, it should be an added motivation for us to give our maximum in every match, not to underestimate any opponent and to play good qualifiers.

The second friendly match between Macedonia and Kosovo U21 will be played on May 31st, at the "Petar Miloševski" training center in Skopje, starting at 3 p.m.
