The teams were determined in a draw at the "House of Football"
who will fill the Second Macedonian Football League (VMFL) for
the 2025/26 competition season.
Of the three defeated teams in the play-off matches, the place in
VMFL secured Osogovo and Golemo Konjari. Prespa team will compete
in the Third League next season.
