The coach of the Macedonian national under-17 team, Vlatko Kolev, announced the list of players called up for the upcoming friendly matches to be played in Antalya, Turkey.
The Macedonian youth national team will play two friendly matches against their peers from Turkey, on January 20 and 22, 2026, as part of the preparations for the generation that has qualified for the Elite Phase of the European Championship qualifiers.

The Macedonian U-17 national team will face Germany, France and Slovenia for a place in the continental championship. The tournament will be held in late March, and only the winner of the first position will secure a place in the final.
The finals of the European Championship will be held from May 25 to June 7 next year, and will be hosted by Estonia.
