The Macedonia Under-20 national team were defeated 2-0 by the United States Under-20 team in a friendly match played in Bulgaria.
Head coach Aleksandar Tanevski’s players played a quality and useful test against a strong opponent, a match that served as a good assessment and an opportunity for the team to further develop its cohesion.
Macedonia put up a good fight for most of the match, but conceded the goals in first-half stoppage time and in the 90+2nd minute of the match.
