Masar Omeragic: We share similar challenges with the federations in the region | FFM

In Sarajevo, the Football Federation of Macedonia participated in a regional meeting of football officials, presidents and general secretaries from the associations of Southeast Europe, which was attended by high-ranking guests from the European Football Association (UEFA), including President Aleksandar Čeferin and Director of National Associations Zoran Laković.

The Football Federation of Macedonia was represented by the President, Masar Omeragic, and the Secretary General, Drilon Ganiu.

Masar Omeragic – President of FFM:

"We share similar challenges with the federations in the region, and that is why our participation in regional meetings is important."

It is also always useful to share experiences, discuss and seek solutions to certain issues.

Together with colleagues from the region, we discussed various issues related to the National Championships, sharing data on strategic goals and financial analyses, then challenges around refereeing, etc.

We are particularly pleased with the support we have from UEFA and President Aleksandar Čeferin. We will have our next meeting at the UEFA Congress in Belgrade and we remain committed to the goals that will bring progress to Macedonian football.”
