Nikolche Noveski, the former Macedonian national team player and long-time captain of German club Mainz, becomes part of the team of the Football Federation of Macedonia.
Noveski has been appointed Head of the Scouting Service, tasked with coordinating and developing the strategy for monitoring and identifying young talents of Macedonian origin across Europe and the world. This activity is part of the new priorities of the FFM, in order to expand the base of footballers for all national teams and to open even greater space for the future of Macedonian representative football.
Nikolce Noveski, who has 64 appearances for the Macedonian national team, will work in coordination with Goran Pandev, Gjorgi Hristov and Agim Ibraimi in monitoring the players, as well as organizing test matches outside of Macedonia, where the young players will have the opportunity to prove themselves.
