The FFM Emergency Committee decided that the Macedonia Cup final in the women’s category will be played on 14 May at the Macedonia GP stadium, starting at 15:00.
In the decisive match for the trophy in this competition, ŽFK Tiverija Brera and ŽFK Kamenica Sasa will meet.
In accordance with the regulations, this year’s women’s Cup final will be played with the use of VAR technology.
For Tiverija Brera’s footballers, this is their second consecutive final after they were defeated by Ljuboten last year. The Strumica-based team had previously been finalists in three consecutive seasons, from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, Tiverija Brera were winners after defeating Dragon.
Kamenica Sasa have the opportunity to add to their collection of Macedonia Cup trophies after triumphing 4:0 in the match against As United in 2022.
Kamenica Sasa were finalists in 2023 and 2024, when they were defeated in their encounters with Ljuboten.
