The OFS Bitola team triumphed 5:3 against the Armenian representatives Silisia in the final round of the group stage of the UEFA Regions Cup, securing third place in their competition.
Silisia took the lead through Georgi Kostenkov in the 13th minute. Eight minutes later, Davit Yavryan made it 2:0, and the same player scored from the penalty spot in the 37th minute to give the Armenian side a 3:0 advantage.
In the second half, OFS Bitola staged a comeback and secured victory by scoring five goals into the opponents' net.
Miki Taleski opened the scoring after just two minutes of play following the restart. In the 54th minute, Luka Lisolajski reduced the deficit to 3:2.
In the 58th minute, Silisia footballer Gakik Akulyan was shown a red card, after which OFS Bitola managed to score three more goals.
In the 74th minute, Hakan Alimovski equalized at 3:3 from the penalty spot, and four minutes later Lisolajski scored the fourth goal for the Bitola side.
Ivancho Jovanovski set the final score with a goal in the third minute of stoppage time.
With this victory, OFS Bitola secured third place behind Zenica-Doboj, who defeated Team Rhanbartol and De 4:0 in the final round.
