The Federation of Macedonia, through its licensing department, extends an invitation
to the clubs from the First, Second and Third MFL, as

Clubs from the First MFL can submit
application for licensing for a competition organized by UEFA, which
automatically applies to FFM competitions. Clubs from the Second MFL (East and
West) can submit an application for licensing to compete in the First MFL
or Second MFL, clubs from Third MFL may only submit an application for
licensing for competitions only in the Second MFL.
Clubs from the First League can submit an application for licensing to compete in
a UEFA organization, which automatically applies to FFM competitions.
