Rabotnicki won three important points in Struga

Rabotnički secured a major away victory against Struga Trim Lum, winning 1-2. It was the sixth triumph in the last seven matches for Muarem Muarem’s team, which now has a realistic chance of staying in the top flight.

The hosts attacked from the very start, with Maleski and Hamza threatening, but goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa and the Rabotnički defence withstood the initial onslaught.

Then, in Rabotnički’s first serious attack, the visitors took the lead. The ball reached Jovan Popzlatanov on the right, and as he attempted to cross, he sent a direct shot towards goal. Goalkeeper Angeletti reacted poorly and the ball ended up in the net. The match was in its 14th minute.

Struga Trim Lum continued to attack after conceding the goal. In the 34th minute, Arbi Vosha broke through on the right, unleashed a powerful shot and hit the post.

Just before the end of the first half, Struga Trim Lum had another excellent chance. Following a cross from the left, Radeski headed the ball down for Maleski, who struck a volley from inside the six-yard box, but Ondoa made a phenomenal save.

Struga Trim Lum equalised at the start of the second half. A penalty was awarded to the home team after Pejović handled the ball inside the box, and Hristijan Maleski confidently converted it in the 49th minute.

Four minutes later, Jevtoski threatened with a shot from the right, but Ondoa saved.

In the 64th minute, Rabotnički had a good chance. Demiri played in Merdžani, who delivered the ball into the six-yard box, but Fal prevented a certain goal.

In the 78th minute, Struga Trim Lum could have taken the lead. Maleski created a chance for Besmir Bojku from the right, but he missed an almost empty net from close range.

Then came the punishment. In the 85th minute, Hodža launched a quick counter-attack and took a shot. Angeletti saved, but the ball then ricocheted to Ariton Mehmedi, who scored to make it 1-2. It was his debut goal in a Rabotnički shirt.
