Champion Shkendija faces a serious challenge today. An away game in Struga, for the team that has won all five of its first five matches in this year's First Macedonian Football League season.
After a successful European summer and qualifying for the Conference League groups, the Tetovo team hopes for a successful performance in the domestic championship and defending the title at the end of the season.
Shkendija footballer Imran Fetai says that the team's goal is to win every match.
"The team looks very good after the match with Bashkimi, which was not easy at all. We are aware that there are no easy matches and we always give our maximum. We are ready in Struga to give our best and win. It will be a derby. We know that our opponent is in great shape, but we are Shkendija and we go to win in every match, and that goal will guide us today as well. I believe that we will emerge as winners," said Fetai.
The player of the Tetovo "red-blacks" hopes for a good atmosphere and the presence of a large audience at today's match.
"This form that Struga has, and our good form as well as the successful summer in Europe, I believe that it will be enough motivation for the audience to come to the stadium in Struga. I also expect support from our fans who always support us. That's why I believe it will be a real derby," said Fetai.
