Shkupi won its first point this season after drawing against Rabotnicki (1:1) in the duel played in Struga in the ninth round of the First MFL.
It seems that the team from Debar Maalo is not satisfied with one point, because in the end it had a chance to achieve a complete turnaround and triumph.
Shkupi took the lead in the 25th minute, with a goal by Erion Shuku. Luis Ribeiro decided to take a shot from the left side, goalkeeper Jakimov did not react well, he dropped the ball, and Erion Shuku had no difficulty in putting it into the net.
By the end of the first half, there were no serious chances on either side.
Rabotnicki started much more offensively after the break. Ermedin Adem threatened in the 60th minute after a corner from the right, and the experienced midfielder managed to score the equalizer just a minute later.
Dimitar Trajkov had a chance to bring about a turnaround, but failed, and on the opposite side, Andrej Rychkov seriously threatened in the 75th minute, but Jakimov defended with utmost efforts.
Rabotnicki had a colossal opportunity for a complete turnaround in the 89th minute. After a free kick from the right, Trajkov headed the ball, Škupi's defense saved it on the goal line, then Velić tried, and finally Velkoski hit the crossbar, but there was no second goal for the team from Debar Maalo.
