The second half of the championship begins, and the reigning champions Vardar visit Shtip today (14:00), where they will face Bregalnica.
Vardar have recorded two consecutive victories and plan to extend the streak in today’s away match in the city beneath Isar.
Attacker Ediz Spahiu believes Vardar will manage to win all three points if the team performs at the required level, focused in defence and creative and committed in attack.
„We are going for the win; that is always the first thought for anyone who wears the Vardar shirt. We respect Bregalnica, but we believe in our own qualities and will do our best to impose ourselves in today’s clash in Shtip. I believe we will win all three points if we perform at the required level,“ says Ediz Spahiu.
At the start of the championship, in the first round, Vardar defeated Bregalnica 2-0, with goals from Danev and Zakarić. However, today’s clash in Shtip is a new challenge for the „red and blacks“.
The match between Bregalnica and Vardar is scheduled for 14:00 at the City Stadium in Shtip, and will be refereed by Done Ristovski.
