Convincing Hungary victory away in Bitola

In a match in the World Cup qualifying competition in the women’s category, Hungary defeated Macedonia 5:0.

The visitors decided the match in the first half, when they scored four goals, with the two goals in the opening nine minutes proving decisive.

Dijana Chani opened the scoring in the second minute, and then increased the lead to 2:0 in the ninth minute.

The Hungarian international scored again in the 20th minute and, with her hat-trick, gave the visitors a 3:0 lead.

In the first minute of stoppage time, Silija Savanja beat Viktorija Panchurova and Hungary took a 4:0 lead.

In the remainder of the match, the visitors had complete control of the game but failed to convert several goalscoring opportunities.

Two minutes before the end of the match, Ana Chiki set the final score at 4:0.

Coach Aleksandar Andov’s players will play their next match in four days, when we face Hungary again.

The match will be played in Felcsút, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00.
