In the match of the 17th round of the First Macedonian Football League, the Tikvesh team won a convincing victory over Shkupi with a score of 6-0. Although Shkupi was formally the host at the stadium in Kavadarci, the guests showed their dominance in the first half.
Berat Sadik opened the scoring in the 9th minute in the first serious action, and after only 11 minutes Kristijan Stojkovski took advantage of a mistake by Shkupi's defense and increased the lead to 2-0. By the end of the half, the advantage became unattainable with goals from Danail Tasev and the young David Golubov, who scored his debut goal in the elite.
In the second half, Sadik completed his hat-trick with two more goals (61′ and 76′) and set the final score.
With this triumph, Tikvesh climbed above the danger zone with a total of 21 points. On the other hand, Shkupi remains at the bottom of the table with serious prospects of moving to the Second League, showing complete powerlessness in the game.
