Six matches were played in the 4th round of the Second MFL. As many as 37 goals were scored on the second league fields.
Kamenica Sasa achieved the most convincing victory, defeating Vardar Negotino with 8:1. Andrej Simevski scored four goals, and Efremov, Ajruli and Aliev also scored. Nedelkov was the scorer of the only goal for the team from Negotino.
Kozuv achieved a convincing triumph over the Prespa team with 7:1. Islami and Memedi scored two goals each, and Guguljanov, Sharkoski and Ljuzev scored one goal each. Emush Elmas scored for Prespa.
Shkendija Aracinovo achieved another victory, this time with a 4:0 victory at home over Golemo Konjari. Shabani, Nuhija, Čurlinov and Trpeski were on the scorers' list.
Bregalnica also achieved a convincing victory in Stip. The home team celebrated 4:2 over Novaci. Temelkov, Kocev and Karchevski scored for Bregalnica. Jovanovski and Siljanoski scored for the away team.
