Following their 8:0 triumph against Top Gol, the players of ŽFK Skopje 2014 won the First Football League title with three rounds remaining.
With today's victory, ŽFK Skopje 2014 moved 15 points clear of their closest rivals, ŽFK Tiverija Brera, mathematically confirming their position at the top.
Blehana Alieska opened the scoring at the stadium in Pržino as early as the eighth minute. In the 13th minute, Besarta Fida made it 2:0, while in the 26th minute Emily Mitkovska scored the third goal for Macedonia's new champions.
In the 38th minute, Kristina Krsteva gave ŽFK Skopje 2014 a 4:0 lead, and two minutes before the end of the first half, the hosts found the back of Top Gol's net for the fifth time, with Tamara Atanasovska on target.
In the closing stages of the match, ŽFK Skopje 2014 scored three more goals. In the 77th minute, Alieska scored her second goal, while in the final ten minutes Emilia Ivković and Anja Golovska also found the net.
In the other matches of the 23rd round of the championship, Tiverija Brera defeated Kamenica Sasa 3:0, ŽFK Istatov and Ljuboten played out a goalless draw, Vardar beat Kočani 4:1, while the match between As United and Rečica ended with one goal for each side.
