In a match with few goals and clear chances on the difficult pitch at the stadium in Kumanovo, the sharing of the points between Bashkimi and Bregalnica was the fairest outcome.
The hosts were more dangerous in the first half. In the very first attack after the corner kick, Ristovski tried a shot, but the ball ended up over Bregalnica’s goal. In the 13th minute, Hasan Sumer threatened with a header inside the penalty area, but the visiting goalkeeper was in the right place.
The first threat from the visitors came in the 14th minute, when Maksimov shot from 16 metres, while the ball parried by the home goalkeeper Aliu fell to Gligorov, who lobbed both the goalkeeper and Bashkimi’s goal. Bashkimi’s initiative paid off in the 27th minute when they took a 1–0 lead: Kaplanaj crossed into the penalty area, where Favzi Jahaja reacted best and headed the ball past goalkeeper Jashar.

The second half began with Bregalnica playing more offensively. In the 52nd minute, Ivan Gligorov had the first serious chance, but his shot from the edge of the penalty area went wide of Aliu’s goal. Soon afterwards, in the first significant attack of the half, the visitors managed to equalise at 1–1. Stojkovski crossed into the penalty area, Nikolov headed the ball back, and Mas koe took advantage of goalkeeper Aliu’s uncertain intervention to put the ball into the net with his chest.
The tempo dropped until the end of the match and there were no major incidents in front of either goal, so the two teams fairly shared the points.
In the next, 14th round, Bashkimi visit Shkendija of Arachinovo, while Bregalnica face a derby clash against Struga TL in Shtip.
