FC Skopje earned their first point after returning to the top flight, drawing 1-1 with Struga Trim Lum in a match played at the FFM complex. Struga were considered the favourites, but the hosts managed to secure a draw with a committed performance.
Struga Trim Lum had the initiative and a greater number of clear-cut chances, but failed to convert them.
Memetriza Hamza threatened from a free kick in the eighth minute, but shot over the goal. Struga then tried through Bojku and Maleski, but Kristian Naumovski easily dealt with those efforts.
Arbi Vosha also had a good chance in the 30th minute. He shot from 12 metres after a cross from the right, but Naumovski was excellent once again in Skopje's goal.

Struga Trim Lum took the lead in the 55th minute. Struga launched a quick counterattack, Hristijan Maleski went one-on-one with goalkeeper Kristian Naumovski and found the net.
In the 63rd minute, Bunjamin Shabani scored, but after a lengthy review using VAR technology, an offside position during the move was determined.
In the 71st minute, FC Skopje managed to equalise. Substitute striker Omar Berović sent a powerful header goalwards following a cross from the right and shook the visitors' net.
Late on, Hristijan Maleski missed the chance to secure victory for Struga Trim Lum after being inaccurate from a promising position.
