On 24 July 2026, a summer seminar for delegates of football matches from the First and Second MFL and the Macedonia Cup for the 2026/27 season was held at the Hilton Hotel Skopje.
The seminar was led by the Chairperson of the FFM Competition Commission, Mr Svetozar Stankovski, in the presence of the Deputy Chairperson of the FFM Competitions Commission, Mr Doncho Gerasimovski, Mr Viktor Krstikj from the FFM Legal Department, Mr Martin Mitsev from the FFM VAR Department, Mr Robert Markovikj – Head of the FFM Security and Integrity Department, and Mr Zoran Sazdov – FFM Security Commissioner, all of whom gave presentations in their respective fields.
At the seminar, the delegates were presented with:
The amendments to the Competition Propositions for the First and Second MFL and the Macedonia Cup for the 2026/27 season;
The role and duties of match delegates and the method of completing the delegate’s report in the COMET system;
The three-step rule in the event of racist or nationalist chanting by spectators;
VAR technology, implementation and experience from last season;
The security and integrity of competitions, cooperation between delegates and the commissioners for security and protection of the integrity of competitions;
The seminar was attended by 50 of the total 53 delegates (three excused absentees), who are on the single list, and testing and an assessment of their knowledge were conducted at the end.
