The Macedonian national under-18 team played to a draw, 2:2, against Hungary in a friendly match played at the "Petar Miloševski" training center.
Our team, led by Dimitar Kapinkovski, came back from a two-goal deficit. The opponent led 2:0 until the 78th minute, but with goals from Florent Osmani and Bojan Velkov we managed to fight for a positive result.
There was no great excitement in the first half. Several half-chances on both sides, but no serious threats after the two goals. Macedonia threatened in the second half with a long-range shot by Tančev and a free kick by Bicevski, but in both situations Hungary's goalkeeper, Zeteni Baranji, was more successful.
János Galambos scored twice for Hungary in the 53rd and 65th minutes. Macedonia, with goals from substitutes Florent Osmani in the 78th minute and four minutes later through Bojan Velkov, managed to draw the game.
