Macedonia U15 lost 0:1 to Ukraine in the third-round match of the Development Tournament held in Strumica.
Ukraine defender Danil Rosul scored the winning goal for the visiting side in the 20th minute. In today’s match against Ukraine, our team missed two excellent chances to secure a positive result. Harry Papić in the 11th minute and Muadini in the 71st minute had the best chances to score. Papić headed over the goal from an excellent position, while the Ukraine goalkeeper saved Muadini’s shot under the crossbar.
In the previous two matches of the tournament we organised in Strumica, our national team, led by head coach Goran Georgievski, defeated Estonia 1:0 and drew 2:2 with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
