The Bitola football mega-brand is going through a stressful period of the year in which every match carries a heavy psychological burden because of the situation in the table and the battle for survival.
„The “Green-and-whites” managed to defeat direct rivals Makedonija GP and, carried by hopes of escaping the danger zone, travelled to Strumica.
“We expect a tough match against AP Brera, a team that plays in a disciplined manner and knows how to take advantage of its chances. We will have to be fully focused and compact throughout the entire match. I believe that with the right approach we can achieve a positive result,” said the experienced Kire Ristevski.

This season, Pelister have recorded two victories over AP Brera, but both matches were played last season. Ahead of this third encounter, Pelister’s head coach is not relying on history at all.
“Honestly, past results mean nothing to me. In my opinion, it is enough to look at the table and see which team we will actually be playing against. They are a quality opponent with four points more than us, and that places the responsibility on our side to raise our level and show respect. I always insist on discipline in our play, but while preparing for this match I noticed that the pitch in Strumica creates problems for the players, with awkward bounces making it difficult to string several passes together. Both sides will have to adapt and get the maximum out of the situation,” says Sekulovski.
The match in the 29th round between the two PMFL teams will begin at 16:00 in Strumica, while Vardar and Tikvesh will also play at the same time.
On Monday, with two more matches being played (Struga – Sileks, Shkëndija – Bashkimi), this round will be completed, after which four rounds will remain until the end of the season.
