The AP Brera players secured an important victory, defeating Arsimi 2-1 at home. This brought an end to their poor run of four league matches without a win.
Arsimi took the lead in the third minute, when Marcel Goni scored with a header following a free-kick from the left side.
The hosts quickly restored parity, after Filip Mihailov successfully converted a penalty in the tenth minute. The score remained unchanged until the end of the first half.
In the second half, AP Brera went in search of all three points. In the 76th minute, Leonardo Petrović had a good chance, but his effort from 14 metres was saved by the visiting goalkeeper Dejan Siljanovski.
However, the winning goal arrived in the 79th minute, scored by Leonardo Petrović. He unleashed a powerful shot from the edge of the penalty area and found the back of the net.
