At today's session of the Board of Directors of the Football Federation of Macedonia, the following decisions were made:
– Due to a gross violation of the provisions of the FFM Statute, The Board of Directors at FFM has decided to impose a two-year suspension on OFS Kicevo. During the suspension, OFS Kicevo's membership rights are suspended, including the participation of OFS Kicevo delegates at the FFM Assembly.
The members of the suspended member will not suffer any sporting consequences. The football clubs, members of OFS Kichevo, will continue to compete in the same rank in the current championship, and in the 2026/27 season in the rank where they achieved placement.
Football referees and controllers, members of OFS Kicevo continue to actively perform their functions on the lists where they are located in accordance with the rules for referees and refereeing. The Registration Commission of OFS Gostivar is responsible for carrying out all activities for the clubs and football players members of OFS Kicevo until further notice;
– The Board of Directors of FFM decided that the regular General Assembly will be held on March 21, 2026, at the Hilton Hotel, starting at 11:00 a.m.;
– The Board of Directors of FFM decided on free admission for all six matches of the UEFA Women's U-17 Qualifying Tournament, which will be held in Strumica and Turnovo from February 28 to March 6, 2026;
– The Board of Directors of FFM decided on free admission for the qualifying match of the A women's national team, Macedonia against Andorra, which will be played on March 7, 2026 at the "Petar Miloševski" stadium in Bitola;
– According to the acts of FIFA and FFM, football clubs and football players are obliged to submit contracts for professional football engagement for verification in FFM, before the Commission for Verification of Contracts. These are legal acts that must be concluded exclusively on the basis of the Standard Contract, adopted by the FFM Board of Directors. Only contracts concluded on that form and verified by the Commission have football significance within our organization.
In practice, we receive indications that some clubs and players conclude contracts outside this procedure. According to the rules and acts of FIFA and FFM, those contracts do not produce football-legal effect. Namely, contracts that are not submitted to FFM, the so-called "„"double agreements"“, will not be tolerated, that is, will not be recognized. We send a clear and unambiguous message to clubs and players: The rules on registration, transfer and status must be applied consistently, as must FIFA regulations and the FFM Regulations. Verification is not a formality, but a mechanism to protect all parties, but also the integrity of the system. FFM will inform FIFA of the situation, in order to be aware that certain agreements are being concluded in order to avoid domestic regulations;
– The Board of Directors of FFM has decided to appoint Svetozar Stankovski, member of the Board of Directors of the FFM and former national team player, as the new president of the Competition Commission, replacing Vasko Dojchinovski. The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to Vasko Dojchinovski for his work and dedication to date.
– The Board of Directors of FFM made a decision to purchase 15,000 to 20,000 new chairs for stadiums across the country. The allocation of seats will be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of Municipal football associations and the Board of Directors of FFM, and will cover clubs from The First, Second and Third Macedonian Football League where the conditions for their installation are met.
The clubs, in cooperation with the local government, will be responsible for ensuring the installation of the seats, in order to make the stadiums more comfortable and better equipped for fans. With this initiative, the FFM continues to invest in the infrastructure and improve the conditions for the development of football in Macedonia.
