Sileks have no intention of changing their approach against Vardar

By reaching the Macedonian Cup final, Sileks achieved its objective after it became clear that the Kratovo team would not finish third in the PMFL table. The Kratovo side now only have their remaining three league matches to play, with their entire focus on the Cup trophy and the final against Tetovo’s Shkendija.

Today, the Kratovo side visit Vardar. Despite the fact that the points are not imperative, Sileks say they will not play any differently than before—in other words, they will go for a positive result.

„We won enough points in the first half of the season to play the second half much more freely. It will be no different against Vardar. Sileks“ only objective now is to secure Europe through the Cup. Every player will give his maximum against Vardar, and we will see whether that will be enough. We go for three points in every match, and it will be the same this time. We have no intention of changing our approach today either. Of course, we respect Vardar, the league leaders who are on the verge of winning the title; all that remains for us is to play our own game. These matches will now serve as preparation for the Cup final, and I hope that we will lift the trophy there,” said Sileks forward Martin Mirchevski.
