In the period from 10 to 12 December 2025, the Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM), in cooperation with the UEFA Football Development Department, organized a three-day visit to assess the implemented projects within the six areas envisaged by the UEFA Grassroots activities.
During the visit, activities were assessed, feedback was provided by the participants involved, as well as by UEFA, with the aim of analyzing the achievements of the FFM envisaged in the adopted Grassroots Development Plan for the period 2024-2028.
Six outreach activities and events were visited, including clubs, schools and projects for people with physical and intellectual disabilities: Aerodrom 2018, Forca Vardar, Sport Efe, OOU "Goce Delchev", DSURC "St. Naum Ohridski".
The participants, led by UEFA mentor Vladimir Luptak from Slovakia, expressed excellent impressions of the FFM's dedication and engagement in all areas, particularly highlighting the success of the FFM's Children's Leagues, the two educational projects in schools, coaching education at the grassroots level and the projects for people with physical and intellectual disabilities.
During the visit, the results of Grassroots activities in the past two years were assessed, and opinions and recommendations were given for improvement and achieving even better results in the next two seasons.
