The Education Centre of the Football Federation of Macedonia completed the fourth module (Module 4) of the UEFA PRO course, which was held at the Hilton Hotel in Skopje and at the Petar Miloševski Training Centre.
Rudd Dokter, UEFA technical instructor and mentor appointed for the coaching PRO course in Macedonia, addressed the opening of Module 4 of the UEFA PRO seminar. He expressed UEFA’s strong support for all the candidates and delivered a presentation on the topic „Team Culture and Team Development“.
Obtaining the UEFA PRO licence is of exceptional importance both for coaches and for the federation in the process of raising quality and implementing the modern tools offered by contemporary football. Through his interactive approach and questions on various football topics, Dokter succeeded in making this module different from the previous ones. The candidates followed the lecture attentively, after which a thorough discussion with numerous questions followed, pleasantly surprising the lecturer himself.
The director of the Coach Education Centre, Borche Hristov, also delivered a lecture in this module on the topic „Understanding Player Profiles in Modern Football“. Professor Vujica Živković spoke on „Monitoring Workload in Elite Football“, while Professor Žikica Tasevski addressed „Statistics, Diagnostics and Their Application in Modern Football“.
A special value of the module was the presence of the renowned Serbian coach and former FK Crvena zvezda manager, Vladan Milojević, who, at the invitation of FFM, attended the final two days of the seminar together with his coaching staff (Nebojša Milošević, Ivan Vučetić and Bojan Ofenbeher). They presented their programme on the topic „Periodisation“ and the principles of its implementation, while also answering questions from the candidates.
The Education Centre points out that in the future, together with the FFM leadership, it will continue to engage renowned coaching names in order to convey new knowledge and modern approaches to future PRO licence holders.
Three more modules remain until the end of the programme, offering additional opportunities for development through an intensive programme that includes lectures, practical workshops (training sessions) and discussions with leading domestic and international educators. Modern methods, practical examples, training sessions and theoretical instruction will be used throughout the training, in accordance with the new UEFA convention.
The Education Centre will proudly continue working with motivated and dedicated candidates, ready to fully commit themselves to the learning process. For their part, the instructors will selflessly share their knowledge and experience as the foundation for the future success and development of each candidate in the coaching profession.
The classes will be delivered entirely by the educators from the Education Centre, in cooperation with external UEFA experts.
