Struga Trim Lum defeated Vardar 0-1 in the derby match of the 12th round of the First Football League. Marjan Radeski scored the winning goal in the 31st minute, assisted by Pape Fall.

Following this triumph, Struga Trim Lum moved to within one point of leaders Shkendija and are in second place, while Vardar are fourth with 21 points.

Vardar started offensively and Zakarić was fouled in the penalty area, after which a penalty was awarded. However, following an intervention from the VAR room, the decision was overturned because Vardar’s forward had been in an offside position.

Struga Trim Lum then created their opportunities. Ismaili hit the post in the 25th minute, and six minutes later the visitors took the lead.

Fall sent a cross from the left to the far post, and Marjan Radeski skillfully managed to find the right spot and score for a 0-1 lead, which they took into the break.

In the 50th minute, Omeragić headed wide, and five minutes later Vardar had their best chance. Manevski crossed from the left, Danev met the ball with a volley, but Struga Trim Lum goalkeeper Vasko Vasilev managed to save it with an intervention almost on the goal line.

In the 63rd minute, Ismaili had the opportunity to double the visitors’ lead, finding himself one-on-one with Vardar’s goalkeeper, but Davod Taleski narrowed the angle and made the save.

During the final thirty minutes, the Struga side opted to defend their narrow lead, and although Vardar had the initiative, they failed to find an equaliser. Omeragić, Pireš and Danev tried, but without any serious effect.

In the closing stages, during stoppage time, Struga Trim Lum were also reduced to ten men, but managed to claim all three points in the derby against Vardar.
