Fatjon Jusufi expressed great satisfaction after Arsimi’s narrow victory in Skopje against Macedonia Gjorche Petrov, where he also scored the only goal of the match, but stressed that the team’s focus is now fully directed towards the new challenge awaiting the Gostivar side—their clash with Pelister today.
“The victory in Skopje was very important for us, both because of the points we won and because of the confidence it gives us as a team. I am happy that I helped with a goal, but above all I want to highlight the commitment and discipline of the entire team,” Jusufi said.
Speaking about today’s match against Pelister, the midfielder stressed that Arsimi are entering it highly motivated to continue their positive run.
“We expect a difficult match, but we are playing at home and in front of our supporters. That is an additional motivation to give our maximum. We prepared well during the week and the atmosphere in the team is very positive,” he added.
According to Jusufi, the key to success will be concentration and collective play.
“We must be careful from the first minute to the last, play as a team and make the most of the support from the fans. Our objective is clear: to achieve a positive result and continue on our path with composure and confidence,” Jusufi concluded.
The 27th-round match between Arsimi and Pelister will be played today at 13:00 at the City Stadium in Gostivar.
