Tikvesh are in good form in their matches in the First Macedonian Football League. The Kavadarci-based team are targeting a place in Europe, now that it is clear they will have to achieve that through the league, following their elimination from the Cup by an administrative defeat to Vardar, even though they defeated the “red-and-blacks” on the pitch.
Tikvesh continue their campaign with a home match against Skopje. Although their opponents are last in the table, the Kavadarci side have announced they will give their all.
“We will not underestimate any team. Although Skopje are in last place, they still know how to play a good and tough match, especially against teams from the upper part of the table. We will do our best to ensure the three points remain in Kavadarci. We want to continue our successful run in the league,” said Tikvesh captain Aleksandar Varelovski.
