Macedonia's under-18 national team lost 0:1 in the first of two friendly matches against Montenegro.
The match at the “Biljanini Izvori” Stadium in Ohrid was decided in the 71st minute, when Arda Iljazovski scored an own goal.
In the first half, Vasko Popaliski had the best opportunity for our team with a shot from the edge of the penalty area, while the same player also failed to score after a scramble in the opponent’s six-yard box.
The second match between Macedonia and Montenegro will be played on Tuesday, kicking off at 11:00.
